ムーンデーについて
ムーンデー（新月・満月）にあたる日は、アシュタンガヨガのマイソールスタイルクラスはお休みです。その他のアシュタンガヨガクラスは開催されます。
On Moonday (new/full moon), Ashtanga yoga-Mysore classes will be closed. All other Ashtanga classes will be held as scheduled.
