Slow Flow Yoga, Gentle Hatha


A typical practice with me will provide a balance between energizing the body, deep stretching and relaxation, and hopefully you will leave the class feeling calm and invigorated! The level is beginner to intermediate, with some more challenging poses thrown in when you’re ready for it. The class is mainly taught in English, with translation into Japanese and French when needed.


Beth is a Yoga Alliance 200 hours registered teacher with more than 12 years of serious yoga practice, mainly in Vietnam, Thailand, Bali and Japan. She is now working towards her 500-hour qualification. She teaches hatha, vinyasa and slow flow styles, with a strong focus on alignment to avoid injury. In recent years, she done workshops and retreats with Maty Ezraty, Clive Sheridan and Kathryn Budig.
