プロフィール
2008年11月～2016年の1月末まで、夫の転勤に伴いシンガポールに在住
2009年7月より、The Yoga Shala Singapore James Figueiraの元でマイソールプラクティスを始める
2011年9月より、同Shalaでアシスタントを始め、以降は同Shalaでの代講や外部での講師を勤める
2012年、2014年に、インドマイソールにて、SharathとSaraswathiより指導を受ける
2016年3月より、荻窪マイソールクラス Momo先生の元で練習を継続中
I am an assistant teacher under James at The Yoga Shala Singapore and practicing at IYC Ogikubo under Momo now. I used to visit Mysore for my practice under Sharath and Saraswathi.
I used to be an assistant teacher under James Figueira at The Yoga Shala Singapore till January 2016. I am practicing at IYC Ogikubo now and teaching Mysore style classes.
I visited Mysore several times in India to practice under Sharath and Saraswath and keep taking Sharath’s WS in Tokyo after moving back to Japan.
Don’t think! Just practice as I will support you. And all is coming!
